How are your prints made?
All our prints are produced on museum quality paper using archival pigments. Each screenprint will slightly vary from one another as these prints are created manually. All digital (Giclée) prints are printed on high quality paper that gives exceptional color saturation, pH neutrality and are of archival quality.
Will your prints be reprinted?
Our prints will only be printed once and never again.
Why does my print vary from the image of the product?
The images of the prints on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors and work accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the image accurately reflects the image of the print. Your print(s) may vary slightly from those images.
What shipping methods are available?
We ship all our prints insured for the full value and with our courier of choice.
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping fees are calculated according to the destination at checkout stage. All orders over £100 will automatically qualify for free shipping worldwide.
How long will it take to get my package?
For deliveries within the U.K, please allow up to 7 business days to receive your print(s) from your dispatch notification. For international deliveries, please allow up to 14 business days to receive your print(s) from your dispatch notification. Get in touch if you do not receive your print(s) within this period.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to a select number of worldwide countries including the U.K, U.S, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and most of the European countries. The full list of countries is available to view at checkout.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Amazon Pay or Google Pay. Apple Pay is also accepted on all iOS 10+ devices using the Safari web browser.
All payments are processed via a secure gateway and are PCI DSS compliant (The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
Orders and Returns
Do I need an account to place an order?
No account is required to place an order, however, we recommend creating one as it allows you to keep track of your orders and place your future orders with ease.
What should I do if my print is damaged during shipping?
Please contact us immediately but no later than 3 days upon arrival of your print. We will advise on further steps upon receipt of your notification.

How can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to cancel or change the order once it has dispatched.
How do I track my order?
We will email you a dispatch tracking code so you can follow the print all the way to your doorstep.
How can I return a product?
Please contact us prior to returning a print and we will advise you further. Our return policy is 30 days in accordance with the European Distance Selling Directive but the product must be in 100% resaleable condition. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
