REFUND POLICY

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your product. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

EU customers: please see the "EU Right of Withdrawal" section below, which grants you a minimum 14-day cancellation right regardless of the above.

To return a product, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. The easiest way to do this is by emailing us. If you use this method, we will email you to confirm we have received your cancellation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery (unless you are an EU customer exercising your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt).

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods — no questions asked. This is your statutory right under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national law.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To cancel your order within the 14-day withdrawal period, you must notify us with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:

We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.

Returning goods after withdrawal

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you informed us of your decision to cancel. Please send your return to:

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.

Condition of returned goods

You may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Please return items in their original packaging where possible.

Refunds following withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any extra costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard option), without undue delay and no later than:

  • 14 days after the day we receive the goods back from you, or
  • 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods (whichever is earlier),
  • or, if we have not received the goods and you have not provided evidence of return: 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that have been clearly personalised or made to your specification.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery.

Refunds (General)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within the deadlines indicated below:

(i) If you have received the product and we have not offered to collect it: 7 days after the day we receive it back from you, or if earlier, the day you provide evidence of having sent it back.
(ii) If you have not received the product, or you have and we have offered to collect it: 14 days after you inform us of your decision to cancel.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, except where required by law (including EU statutory withdrawal rights).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us and send your item to 14 Norval Road, London, GB HA0 3TE.

Shipping

To return your product, mail it to: 14 Norval Road, London, GB HA0 3TE.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, except where you are an EU customer exercising your right of withdrawal (in which case return shipping costs are your responsibility but will not be deducted from your refund of the original order value and standard delivery costs).

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
