Terms and Conditions for the PopCultArt Membership Program

1. Introduction

The PopCultArt Membership Program ("Membership Program") is offered by PopCultArt ("we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in the Membership Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before signing up.

2. Membership Tiers and Benefits

2.1 Standard Membership ("Tier 1")

• Annual Fee: £50.

• Includes one (1) eligible free print per year valued up to £60.

• Members receive a 15% discount on additional purchases.

• Early access to new releases and special collections.

2.2 Premium Membership ("Tier 2")

• Annual Fee: £75.

• Includes one (1) eligible free print per year valued up to £90.

• Members receive a 20% discount on additional purchases.

• Priority access to limited editions.

3. Eligibility and Enrollment

• Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or older.

• Memberships are non-transferable and for personal use only.

• Enrollment requires payment of the annual fee for the selected tier.

4. Free Print Redemption

• Eligible members may redeem one (1) free print per membership year, subject to the following conditions:

  • Standard Members: Print valued up to £60.

  • Premium Members: Print valued up to £90.

• Free prints are subject to availability and must be selected from qualifying items.

• Free prints cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

• Redemption must occur within the membership year; unused free prints do not roll over.

 

5. Discounts on Additional Purchases

• Silver Members receive a 15% discount, and Gold Members receive a 20% discount on all eligible purchases.

• Discounts apply only to products purchased directly from PopCultArt.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless explicitly stated.

6. Membership Renewal

• Memberships are valid for one (1) year from the date of enrollment.

• Memberships will automatically renew upon the date of enrollment on a yearly basis.

• Renewal fees are subject to change but will be communicated to members in advance.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Membership fees are non-refundable after purchase.

• Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, no partial refunds will be provided.

• If a member cancels after redeeming the free print, the remaining benefits of the membership will be forfeited.

8. Changes to Membership Terms

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Membership Program at any time without prior notice.

• Any changes to membership benefits or fees will be communicated to members at least 30 days in advance.

• If the Membership Program is terminated, members will be allowed to redeem their free print (if unused) within 30 days of termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any delays or unavailability of products, including free prints, due to circumstances beyond our control.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the annual membership fee paid by the member.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the Membership Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom.
